So, what the heck are all these crowns about? - Dark Jaguar - 31st January 2010 On just about every network on TV, their logo seems to have a crown on it. What the heck is going on? Is a new king being coronated? Is a new Kingdom Hearts game coming out? I tried searching in some search engines, but that doesn't help. "Crown on logo" just gets me a bunch of Hallmark stuff. So, what the heck are all these crowns about? - Geno - 31st January 2010 I did a Google News search for "crown" and I'm guessing it has to do with the Miss America Pageant. I don't know though. So, what the heck are all these crowns about? - Dark Jaguar - 1st February 2010 I don't recall any weird crown logos across all TV networks in any previous time they did the paegent. Didn't hear anything about this year's being all that special either. Also I'd have thought if it was something to do with that, it'd be a tiara if anything. I would GUESS it might have something to do with the Haiti relief effort, but I don't see what the crown symbol would mean. At any rate, I've yet to see any explanation on any commercial of any of these networks take the time to actually explain it.
