Zelda TI-83+ - me - 19th August 2006

i played that one at school. i have a ti 86 but everyone else has an 83 so games kind of circulate around and i sometimes play on other peoples calculators. its pretty cool for a calculator game, i think its mostly WOW factor and not that great as a game though. didnt have a chance to play that long

Zelda TI-83+ - The Former DMiller - 20th August 2006

I don't know if it was the same guy, but someone made a Zelda game for the TI-89 way back when, which is the calculator I had my senior year and in college. It wasn't really that good, but it looked just like LA.

Zelda TI-83+ - A Black Falcon - 20th August 2006

I didn't get my calculator until college (or was it senior year of highschool? not sure, but I think it might have been college), and don't have much on it... snakerace, some other stupid game (drug cartel game or something? I don't know, I just copied over the games that were on my sister's calculator...), and a version of tetris that doesn't work, I think...

TI calculators were very popular in high school, people would play games on the things during math class...

Zelda TI-83+ - Great Rumbler - 20th August 2006

I have Berserk on my TI-83.

Zelda TI-83+ - Dark Lord Neo - 26th August 2006

We needed graphing calculators from grade 10 on.
I believe I played that, and some other games. My personal favorite was a port of DooM. Tetris was pretty cool too. Hmm, I don't remember what other weird things we played.

Zelda TI-83+ - Fittisize - 28th August 2006

I remember playing Tetris on my TI-83 in spurts in math class. I say 'spurts' because every two or three weeks when a unit test would come along I would use the 'Program' function and write every piece of information I could about the unit at hand (thank-you Alpha lock). I would even have it sub-divided to include all of the sections in the unit for easy cheating reference. As soon as I handed the test in I would erase my calculator completely so it would be another week or so before I managed to get Tetris back on my calculator again.

Of course cheating on every single test caught up to me - I did so terrible in math my grade 12 year that I had to take it twice. The second time I did it honestly. And I made sure that Tetris wasn't ever on my calcutaor because spending entire classes playing that game instead of learning is what caused me to cheat in the first place.

And yet another reason why videogames are destroying today's youth.

Zelda TI-83+ - Dark Lord Neo - 28th August 2006

Our calculators were cleared before every unit test and exam. But we'd always get the games back right away because we'd just go find someone who wasn't in that class right after and start copying the games again with that link cable thing.
