PS3 "premiering" early next year. - Private Hudson - 23rd September 2004 There was a certain presentation slide shown at the recent PlayStation Business Briefing which we found to be very interesting. As seem below, (look at it, it's magical) the slide seems to reveal that the PS3 will premier some time early next year (by "premier", we can only presume that Sony are referring to an official document announcing that the console is actually in production), or well before the next E3 at the very least. Following the initial premier, a presentation will be given at E3 where perhaps the first concept designs will be showcased. The slide also indicates that the second PS3 development kit (Ver.2) will be released around the time of next years TGS, providing developers with the resources they need to fine tune their titles before the PS3’s 2006 launch. It is exciting news which means that the PS3 is nearing completion and Sony's next generation plans are beginning to solidify.
