It says that you actually have a body in Thief: Deadly Shadows, and not a floating orb with an arm. :) And of course there's also a third-person mode.
I'd like to play it and see exactly what that means in this case, but I haven't gotten around to downloading the demo... :D

Chronicles of Riddick is also the same, and it's a whole lot better than Thief III is.

It's not a stealth game, though, so can you just compare them like that? Theif is the best at what it does, and that's non-combat-focused stealth.
