He'll not have the Runic Codex long, I think. Lord Alabaster's legions of half-dead she-vampires is already moving its way across the southern plains of Mingletoss, ravaging as it goes. The King's Cakemaster Kimpkins of Blaesforplood already made the mistake of trusting the Codex to an incompetent like Lord Shay Byron, who's only other contribution to the story was to accidentally chop off his own left testicle in a battle with Maris Dongleshinpofftinker on the Plains of Highmark.

What do the legions of half-dead she-vampires do when the sun comes up? The plains of Mingletoss don't provide much protection from solar energy. Might that not be what Lady Trinkald had in mind when she sent the Grimble Brothers out with the rare sheets of pressed Parvolium ore to the Dwarves of Dongheim?
And, what is Guenvillarfe's role in all this?
