You DO know that is supposed to be ABF and Ryan, right? Favorite posters - A Black Falcon - 12th May 2005 It'd work just about as well with OB1 and me. :) Favorite posters - Weltall - 12th May 2005 I made that before your love affair became as blatant as it is now. Favorite posters - Geno - 12th May 2005 Ooo, burn! Favorite posters - Great Rumbler - 12th May 2005 BURN'D! Favorite posters - Private Hudson - 12th May 2005 Oh, it's a deep burn! So deep! Favorite posters - OB1 - 12th May 2005 EdenMaster Wrote:... Oh so that's why it said A Black Falcon and Weltall! Favorite posters - Great Rumbler - 12th May 2005 And I've never really seen OB1 and ABF fight about politics before. Favorite posters - OB1 - 12th May 2005 yeah... Favorite posters - Weltall - 12th May 2005 It's on a very short list of things they HAVEN'T fought about. Favorite posters - Great Rumbler - 12th May 2005 VERY short. Favorite posters - Weltall - 12th May 2005 [-----] That short. Favorite posters - OB1 - 12th May 2005 At ABF's screen resolution that thing is like ten feet long though. Favorite posters - Great Rumbler - 12th May 2005 :D Favorite posters - OB1 - 12th May 2005 *high fives GR and Ryan* Favorite posters - Dark Jaguar - 12th May 2005 Well, he could just shrink down everything in his display. ... But since his complaint is that things get too small to see, well, I guess I can't help him there... He should just boost it up and then boost the sizes of fonts until it's acceptable though. Favorite posters - OB1 - 12th May 2005 ... Favorite posters - Dark Jaguar - 12th May 2005 Perhaps I wasn't clear. What I meant is he should boost his resolution up to one of the thousandish ones, and from there if the fonts aren't legible simply boost the size of the fonts until they are. Favorite posters - OB1 - 12th May 2005 ... Favorite posters - Weltall - 12th May 2005 I bet ABF hates HDTV. And DVD players. Favorite posters - Great Rumbler - 12th May 2005 And anything wireless. Favorite posters - Weltall - 12th May 2005 And he doesn't drive. Favorite posters - Great Rumbler - 12th May 2005 And he's a liberal. Favorite posters - A Black Falcon - 12th May 2005 Quote:He should just boost it up and then boost the sizes of fonts until it's acceptable though. I've tried that, but it's not the same... Quote:I bet ABF hates HDTV. And DVD players. HDTV... let's just say that it's about time that TVs started to catch up to computer monitors. They are so far behind in quality and resolution, and it's holding back things like game consoles... but HDTV does have the problem of being expensive. I doubt I'll have one anytime soon. Favorite posters - Great Rumbler - 12th May 2005 HDTVs aren't really that expensive anymore. You can get a decent one for less than $500 at Best Buy. Favorite posters - A Black Falcon - 12th May 2005 Still quite a bit more than normal ones... and there's the fact that you have to replace your current TV. I mean, we have TVs at home... if it broke that's another story, but if it's not broken? Doesn't seem like it would be worth it unless you had a lot of money to burn. Favorite posters - OB1 - 12th May 2005 It's only HDTV if it's 16:9, btw. If it's not then it's false advertising. Favorite posters - Great Rumbler - 12th May 2005 |
