As far as Metropolis goes, there are several different versions... one I've heard has a more appropriate soundtrack and another one has a not as good one... and there are several different lengths of the film, all shorter than the original release (some tape has been lost)... but anything is better than nothing, obviously, for such an old film.

It's about your consistent, long-term pattern or "misunderstanding" and/or just plain insulting almost everything I say... so when you do it again, and with such flimsy reason that obviously has no basis in fact (given my previous comments in this thread about the movie if it wasn't obvious that I knew what a silent movie was then nothing is ever obvious...) what should I think other than once again you are using any excuse you can to attack me despite the fact that if you thought about it you'd know it's not true?

If it was someone else here, that's how I would have responded... but OB1? He's proven again and again that when he says things at my detriment he pretty much always means it and a lot of the time does it quite intentionally. So why should I give him a break when he's earned exactly the opposite over the last couple of years?
