I'd like to someday have a really fancy dinner party where everyone would have to come in with great, fancy clothes and I'd serve really fancy food, but I'd only have little juice boxes for drinks, so there would be a whole bunch of fancily-dressed rich people drinking from little juice boxes.

You don't need to be rich and famous! You just need to know famous people!
For instance, to get noticed, contact your local legislator and tell him you're hosting a charity dinner for... enlarged gonad syndrome, and that you'll promise him votes if he attends. Make it a big media event.
This works better if the legislator in question is up for re-election and his chances don't look too hot.
