It's yahoo's news and GOSSIP page. That page is known for posting articles from tabloids, and this is no different. Check the source for that article. It's from the WEEKLY WORLD NEWS, an infamous tabloid with it's tongue so firmly embedded in it's cheek it's beyond measure by today's best instruments. The first clue wouldn't even be the source, but rather how absurd it is to think that scientists today could possibly make a plant grow some sort of meat. We simply don't have that technology.
In fact, I just checked Snopes, and they prooved it wrong the same way I did.

Checking the source for news can be a healthy thing, and for future notice, the news and gossip part of Yahoo news is something you should always read with a whole desert of salt.
