Hexplore - $10, complete and unopened - this is an okay isometric action-RPG. Cool to find it still unopened, but I'll have to open it. :)

Genesis
--
Gadget Twins - $8, cart only - somewhat interesting looking game

Sega Master System
--
Zillion II: The Tri-Formation - $13, cart and case (no manual) - this was slightly overpriced and isn't a popular game, but I think it's fun. It's a simple autoscrolling action/shooter. I at least am happy to have it. I saw several other, better SMS games, but they all cost more... I want Alex Kidd, but not for $40. I saw two Wonder Boy games too (the first one and Monster Land), but I have Monster Land for TG16 (PC Engine) and I don't really want to spend $20 to get a not as nice looking version just to get it in English, and the original Wonder Boy, aka Adventure Island... it's a popular classic, but I've never liked it all that much. I'll get the game sometime, but not for over $20, I think. Adventure Island/Wonder Boy is annoying. I like or love all of the other Wonder Boy games, but somehow have never liked the original...

Nintendo DS
--
Wario: Master of Disguise - free with above purchases, card only. An okay game but not great by all accounts, but I like Wario and really should have this. Nice find for a good price. :)

Also I got the current Humble Bundle, of "Square-Enix" (actually almost all Eidos) games. $1 for the basic stuff; I either have or don't want the higher-tier games. This is running for a few more days.

PC DD - Humble Bundle
--
Daikatana - Amusing inclusion, but hey, why not, I'll try it!
Mini Ninjas - The other game here I'd like to play.
Hitman: Codename 47 - Doubt I'll play this much at all, but I don't have it.
Hitman 2 - See above.

It also includes Anachronox and Thief Gold, but I have those games already, so I'll save them for gifts or something.

Also, the Xbox Live Gold stuff for 8/1 is Strike Suit Zero and Crimson Dragon for the Xbox One, and Motocross Madness for Xbox 360. I already have Motocross Madness; fun little game, grab it while it's free. Of course, those XO games aren't actually owned, so I wouldn't quite count them in a collection, but I'll add them in XBLA anyway, if not in my collection list.
First, that Xbox copy of NBA Ballers Phenom that I thought would not work because it has some scratches and the center ring of the disc is partially broken off and gone... works! Yes, really. I never thought that a disc as physically damaged as this could work, but it seems to work fine. Huh. With damage like this how can it even spin it properly, with the center ring partially damaged? Anyway though, it's a pretty fun game. Classic Midway basketball action at its core, though I'm not really a fan of the RPG-esque main story mode; I want to be able to actually score, and not spend hours frustratingly not being able to hit shots until finally my skills train up enough so I can play well! But all there is here is the story mode and single matches; there's no arcade-style tournament mode, unfortunately. Ah well, what's here is good.

Odyssey 2 - Yes, I saw some O2 stuff recently, and got a few games. They also had a boxed system for $200, and a boxed O2 The Voice module for $100. I really want a The Voice unit, but that's way too expensive; I'll continue waiting for a loose one, which cost maybe a third at most what boxed ones do. O2 boxes are the best, and I need a voice unit for my O2, but I'm not spending that kind of markup just for a box. It's cool to see it though, and that goes for the regular O2 box as well!
--
KC's Krazy Chase! - $8, complete - pretty good game, the sequel to KC Munchkin. It's another maze game, but this time you eat a centipede instead of moving dots. The centipede is called the "Dratapillar', which I've seen a few people speculate might be a reference to Atari and how they got KC Munchkin unfairly banned for being too similar to Pac-Man, which it isn't. Anyway, this was a very cool find. This game has The Voice support, but doesn't require it.

Quest for the Rings - $17, missing one metal piece but otherwise has all the other parts. This game was the first of three boardgame/O2 game hybrid titles, and as such it's really interesting and unique. As the name suggests, it's a fantasy game where you have to get all the rings while fighting off or avoiding enemies such as dragons. Hmm, I wonder where they got their inspiration. :p The game has a board, an overlay for the O2 keyboard (on the system) telling you what the keys do so you don't need to memorize what to press, a bunch of plastic covers, and metal tiles that go under the covers, signifying what encounter you find on that space -- a ring, a normal fight, a dragon, etc. I'll need to make one homemade dragon tile replacement because one of those is the missing thing, but I can do that; it's most important to have the board, overlay, cart, manual (it's huge and impressive, great job there!), and plastic covers. If something has to be missing, one of the metal tiles is the most easily substituted thing. So yeah, I got it. It cost a few bucks less than it would with all the tiles, too, so I'm glad I counted them. I've heard that this isn't the greatest game, but still, I'm really happy to get it; on ebay it'd surely have cost more thanks to shipping costs, this is a good-sized box. This was one of my most-wanted O2 games that I didn't have, along with Freedom Fighters. I still need that one, but getting this and KC's Krazy Chase is quite cool.

Atari 2600 - all cart only and $1 each
--
Frogs and Flies - this is an extremely simple game from Mattel, but it's popular for some reason. It was cheap enough that I decided to try it out despite my skepticism. You jump back and forth between two lilypads, trying to eat as many flies as you can before time runs out. All you can do is hit jump and then hit the button to use your tongue, no moving around the lilypads.
Cruise Missile - late '80s game from Froggo. Froggo isn't exactly known for making good games (note: this is an understatement; Froggo is considered one of the worst Atari third parties), but this was cheap, isn't all that common, and looked just interesting enough to be worth a dollar (it sells for a bit more online). Hopefully it's at least slightly entertaining, though I definitely don't expect it to be good.
Winter Games - This is another late '80s game, and another one that sells for more than a dollar online. This is a 2600 version of Epyx's least well known but perhaps best "Games" title, the followup to the popular California and Summer Games titles. Winter Games has pretty good graphics for a 2600 game, and some nice variety too; really a great effort here, this pushes the system fairly well! Impressive graphics and gameplay. I particularly like the skiing, the improvement from '70s games of this type to this is amazing.
Wendy: Every Witch Way is basically a kids' version of Metal Storm (NES). Yeah, it's pretty awesome; the one and only flaw is that it's really short and easy. Otherwise great stuff! I'd heard this game was decent, but I had no idea it was Metal Storm!

Also, KC's Krazy Chase is basically KC Munchkin but with some gameplay changes (chase the tail of the centipede). It plays pretty well. Quest for the Rings is interesting and unique, though. I will definitely have a lot more to say on that game, perhaps in the near future.
PS1

RC de Go! - $3, complete. Decently good top-down-ish RC car racing game. That last PS1 racing game I got (Extreme Go-Kart Racing) is pretty bad, but this one is much better!

Wii
--
The Conduit 2 - $13, complete. Yeah, you can get this cheaper on EBay, but this is about the best price I've ever seen in person, and I'd rather buy locally... and I'd been wanting this gae, too, since the first Conduit actually is pretty solid and this is supposed to be about as good. I'm happy to find this.
Sega CD
--
ESPN Baseball Tonight - complete, $2. I have the ESPN Hockey game on SCD, and like that game this is also from Sony, so I had very low expectations for this one... buti t's actually fun! It's flawed, with questionable batting where I seem to usually either strike out or get a home run, but it's fun. I like that it doesn't use the usual stupid top-down field view I've always hated, but instead has a behind-the-plate viewpoint. This is a decent game, and I will play more of it. It's an enhanced Genesis port, and I looked up differences; on SNES and Genesis, the game is mostly similar, but has only one ballpark to play in, and doesn't have a season mode, only playoffs or single game. On SCD you can play (and save to system) a full season, and it has all the parks. Also it's got live-action video clips, of course. So yeah, okay game for the time.

NES
--
Ice Climber - $5, cart only... but that's not the whole story. See, this copy of Ice Climber is in a (5-screw) Balloon Fight cartridge, so the store was selling it for cheap. I've wanted Ice Climber for some time, because it's a good game, and if it's in the wrong cart because someone was presumably trying to rip off a video rental store years ago, I'll take it!
Game Gear
--
The Jungle Book - $2, cart only. Decent platformer with nice graphics for the system. I think this is a different game from the console version?

Genesis
--
Beauty & the Beast: Belle's Quest - $6, cart only. This is a sidescrolling platform/adventure game where you play as Belle. Interesting concept. It's from Sunsoft, and is okay. They also made a second Genesis Beauty & the Beast game, Roar of the Beast; as the name suggests, that one's an action-platformer starring the Beast. The store had that one too, but I got this one first. I'll likely get the other eventually too.

Nintendo DS
--
Atari Retro Classics - $6, complete. This is a collection of ten late '70s and early '80s arcade games, with both button and touch screen controls. Most of the games originally had analog controls; the only exception, I think, is Asteroids. The analog works great in some games, like Breakout, but I have problems controlling Sprint with analog. This is an okay collection, but more games would be nice. Also, it's very cool that the game has optional redone graphics modes, but unfortunately the new modes are only visual; gameplay stays the same. The redone graphics look nice, and are, interestingly, designed by several popular graffiti artists, but I'd have liked to see new gameplay modes too, like you see in the Namco classic remakes. The other major issue here is that the games have no options at all, which is odd; where's the difficulty setting? Still, for cheap, this is worth a look because of the touch controls.

The place also had in a lot of other GBA and DS games from Nintendo, but I didn't get any of them, yet at least. I did see stuff I still don't have like Mario & Luigi, Mario Pinball Land, and Yoshi Topsy-Turvy for GBA, and Mario vs Donkey Kong 2, Diddy Kong Racing DS, and others for DS, but I'm not sure which I actually want... and none were cheap, either; I'm sure they go for that much online, but... well, I remember disliking what I played of Mario & Lugi, and those other two GBA games got poor reviews, and I have the other DS MvDK game which plays just the same as that one, and I have N64 DKR... so I got these for now.
Xbox 360 Digital Download
--
The King of Fighters XIII - $7.50 - I actually got this back on July 9th, when it was on sale, but somehow forgot to say so. This is a great game! Basically it's KOF XII, but actually complete now. Hand-drawn 2d, all of it; yes, it took a long time to draw all these HD sprites.

Gamecube
--
Turok Evolution - $5, complete. The last Turok game from Acclaim; it got subpar reviews, but looks decent I think. I have a loose Xbox copy of this, but that disc doesn't work correctly, and I'd rather have stuff for Gamecube anyway!

Nintendo DS
--
Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith - $6, complete. Yeah, I got a couple more of the DS games. This one is an enhanced port of the GBA game of the same name; it's part-2d beat 'em up (from the GBA game), with some new 3d space shooter levels added. It looks simple but fun.

Pokemon Ranger - $10, complete. I don't know if this was actually worth getting or not, but this series is from HAL, so I've wanted to try it, Pokemon or no... I hope it's okay.

Also, for $3 I got the guidebook for Sonic Adventure for the Dreamcast. It's a nice guide, with maps of all the stages and everything; I much prefer this style to those cheap BradyGames guidebooks that are all just screenshots and text! I passed on several other guides, including Blue Stinger for DC's guide, because they were those BradyGames ones. Blah. Sonic Adventure's is from Prima and is better; drawn maps are great! I only ever beat this game as Sonic, actually. Maybe now I can get myself to go back and play the rest of the game.
PS1
--
Ace Combat 2 - $0.50, disc only.

PS2
--
Pac-Man World Rally - $1, complete. I'd rather have this for Gamecube, but this version is cheaper, and it is a good game, so why not? This is a fun kart racing game. It's somewhat overlooked, but is good. I'll get it for Gamecube too if/when I find it for $5 or less; the game is somewhat uncommon for GC, but not valuable.

Xbox
--
SSX Tricky - disc only, $0.50 - I'd rather have this for GC, but as always that would cost far more... which is one reason why I already have dozens more Xbox games than Gamecube, even though I've owned the GC for over eight years longer than the Xbox.

Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith - $1, disc and case (no manual). The console Episode III game. It's a 3d beat 'em up of sorts.

Xbox 360
--
Catherine - $10, complete - Hopefully the game is interesting; I've heard mixed opinions of it.
Before it ended a couple of days ago, I got the Humble Jumbo Bundle 2 for PC. I already have several of the games, but it seemed just interesting enough overall to be worth getting.

PC DD (Humble Jumbo Bundle 2) - $7, so I got all games except for the Age of Empires collection, which I have already anyway.
--
Deadlight
The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing - Complete Pack - isometric-ish hack and slash
Galactic Civilizations II Ultimate - interesting looking strategy game, this is one of the reasons I got this
Terraria - Won't be playing this one much. Not my thing at all.
Crusader Kings II plus the Norse, African, and Russian Unit Packs - And this is the other major reason I got it. Crusader Kings is Paradox's medieval series, so it's sort of like Europa Universalis but set centuries earlier. I don't know if I'll actually enjoy it, since I've never gotten into Paradox games, but it does interest me for sure, partially because of the medieval theme, and I'll definitely try it.
The King of Fighters XIII - I have this for 360, but why not get it for PC too? Free online play is nice, for one thing! And the game is great, I really like KOF13. Such good 2d art... - Game not listed on IGN

In addition, it came with three games I have already. I don't know, does anyone here want them, or otherwise they'll get added to my 'give away sometime' pile... the games are Legend of Grimrock (good game!), Orcs Must Die 2 (another good game), and PixelJunk Eden (it's okay).
PS1
--
Casper: Friends Around the World - $1.50, complete. Mediocre 2.5d platformer.

PS2
--
Smash Cars - $3, complete. Decent looking RC car racing game.
Genesis
--
Nigel Mansell's IndyCar Racing - $1, cart only. I have the SNES version of this game, and it's not that great (it's not awful, just bland and not my favorite kind of racing game), but I got it anyway because it's interesting that this Genesis version is actually better -- on SNES there isn't much around the tracks, but the Genesis has polygonal buildings around the course, and a better draw distance too I believe. Nice improvements! The Genesis apparently is better at polygons than the SNES, maybe because of the faster CPU. Also of course it was quite cheap.
N64
--
WinBack - cart only, $6. This is not exactly my favorite kind of game, but I've always meant to get it sometime anyway, because back then it was original even if now it's the opposite. So I finally did.

Gamecube
--
Army Men RTS - $3, complete. RTS games rarely work well on a console, but I've heard that this one is decent. We'll see. It seemed worth trying.
I got a PS1 memory card for $5.

More importantly, I got a TI 99/4A Computer. I actually got the computer several years back for $3 from Goodwill, but now got from ebay a power cable and RFU ($22, with a game and some replacement parts for the system; decent price), so that I can test it -- and it all works great! Impressive stuff, for such an old system (from the early '80s!). Good build quality there from TI. I saw some games for it and knew I had the thing sitting around, and that it'd be cheap to get games for and get up and running, so I got it. It's not great, but it is kind of interesting, and yes, cheap. I don't have joysticks or an Atari/Sega joystick adapter yet, though, which is a big problem; games do NOT play nearly as well on keyboard! The computer has a nice clicky keyboard, but it's no match for a decent joystick or gamepad. I'll need to get an adapter (TI's joysticks are supposed to be awful). In addition to the computer, I also have the Speech Synthesizer module, which I got really cheap locally in a bundle with a bunch of games. $10 for 12 carts and the speech module... great deal! It works, and is great to have. I don't have the other accessories, such as floppy drives, tape drives, etc; for now at least it's just a cart game platform. Apart from text adventures, most games are on carts anyway. The system has a small library, and TI released their games on carts. Oh, all of the games work perfectly on the first try every time so far too, impressively. They have nice spring-loaded dust covers which seem to be doing their job well.

Games (all cart only)

The Attack - This came bundled with the power supply and RFU that I got from ebay, so it was some portion of that $22 purchase. It's a slow shooting game, not great but not awful. You have to kill small enemies who can't hurt you, but if four of them touch they form a large enemy which can hurt you if it touches you. Enemies also spawn from black timer blocks. You win a level once all timer blocks are gone and all large enemies are dead. In harder settings timer blocks spawn large enemies. I'm not sure if this game is good or not, but the controls on keyboard are clumsy, and the game very hard after the early levels. I imagine a joystick would help.

Early Learning Fun - Learning "game" for five year olds, and no one older than that. This is the first of the 12 carts from that $10 bundle with the Speech Synthesizer.
Music Maker - music composition application. This really is not a game; it's just here for completion (listing everything). You can save compositions to tape or floppy, if you have them. I'm hopeless at music and will never use this.
Adventure - Unfortunately this isn't a game, just a boot cart for a series of 12 disk or cassette-based text adventures by a guy who made lots of them back then. It does nothing much on its own. Too bad.
Blasto - Tank action/puzzle game in a minefield. Try to shoot all the mines before time runs out! They blow up the area around them when shot. Tough game above Easy. It's very basic but okay, for a few minutes. Has two player versus support. Oddly, if you clear the screen, that's it -- there's only one level! At least there are difficulty settings and multiplayer.
Alpiner - Supports the Speech Synthesizer. Crazy Climber knockoff with normal controls (so left, right, up, and down move you). Climb mountains. Your character is HUGE, which is a problem -- avoiding things falling at you is way too hard! Other obstacles are brain-dead easy to get around. I don't like this game much, I think.
Chisholm Trail - Fun and challenging top-down grid shooting game. It's more of a space shooter than the western-themed game it supposedly is. Hard to play without a joystick! This is the most action-packed of the three (or four, counting Blasto) top-down shooting games I have, and the only one with enemies who actually shoot back at you. This could be good, or average. Will play more.
Hopper - Solid Pengo knockoff, with no frills but good base gameplay. Push the blocks to kill the enemies, and repeat forever.
Tombstone City - This is the most complex of the shooting games. It's sort of like The Attack or Chisholm Trail, but different. This time, the center of the screen is a safe area, and the outsides dangrous. As in The Attack, there are harmless aliens to kill, and also ones which will kill you. Gameplay here is a bit unique, though -- the threatening aliens become a cactus (marking their tomb) when you shoot them. If three cacti are touching, they are destroyed and an alien enemy spawns. You move on to the next level when no cactus is touching another one, so you need to get enemies to move into a place where you can kill them next to anywhere with two touching, so as to clear them out. It's a slow-ish paced game at first, but gets harder. This isn't a great game, but does seem interesting and kind of original.
Blackjack + Poker - What it sounds like.
Hunt the Wumpus - Simple but interesting fantasy action-adventure game. You have to use some clues to find the monster the Wumpus on a single-screen grid of rooms and connecting paths. If you touch him or fire into the wrong space (you have only one arrow) or fall into a pit, you die. If you shoot into the right space, you win. For its time, this was pretty innovative stuff. It's badly dated now, but is interesting for a little while, at least.
Hangman - Solid Hangman game. Too bad it doesn't support the speech synthesizer. Sure, it's basic "guess the word" stuff, but it's decent fun.
A-Maze-Ing - You're a mouse in a maze, and have to try to reach the exit. This game has a bunch of options, including optional cat enemies, two player simultaneous, obstacles in the maze, invisible maze, several cat difficulty settings, and more. There are several maze sizes too. I like this a lot more than Maze Craze on the Atari 2600! Decent game.

Parsec - $5, cart only (got today). Supports the Speech Synthesizer, and nicely too; it's a nice addition. One of the more popular TI 99/4A games. It's a horizontal shooter. It's basic stuff, like all the 2nd gen scrolling shooters are, and doesn't even have terrain obstacles to work your way around as there are in Scramble -- there's just ground on the ground to stay above, and that's all -- but still, yeah, this is kind of fun. Move up and down, shoot your laser at enemies, and try to avoid fire. Both your and their shots move quickly, so try to predict what they'll do.

Munchman - $5, cart only (got today, with the above). TI's spin on Pac-Man, this is another of the system's better games I think. This is Pac-Man, but for copyright reasons you fill IN the lines, instead of eating dots, so it's like Crush Roller or Amadar I guess, but it plays like Pac-Man. The maze is original, but the gameplay is familiar. Power Pellets are TI logos... yeah, really. Enemies stay dead when eaten this way, unlike in Pac-Man -- they won't come back until after the invincibility time wears off. Interesting.

Overall, the system's kind of interesting. I want a joystick for it though, the keyboard controls work but definitely are less than ideal. I probably won't be getting lots of stuff for this system soon, since it'd almost all have to be ebayed (TI 99/4A things being quite rare in stores around here, apart from the things I got above) and I'm not getting much of that soon, but it's nice to have as it is; I do have a solid little starting library as it is.
TI 99/4A

Car Wars - $5, cart only. This is a version of Sega's Head-On, also known as Dodge 'em on the Atari 2600. Seems like a good port of this pre-Pac-Man maze game.

Genesis
--
Taz in Escape from Mars - $3, cart only. A lot better than the first Genesis Taz game, this one has fewer blind jumps and some interesting settings, being mostly set on Mars. It's still definitely average, but I do like it more than the not-too-great original Genesis Taz.

Also I got another Performance-brand N64 controller pak for $5. Those battery clips, Performance N64 memory cards are the best!... so long as you stick to their 1x cards and ignore the compressed ones.

In addition, I got a few games imported from Japan. Shipping for the four things was about $25 (prices below don't include the shipping).

Playstation
--
Goemon: Space Pirate Aoking - $8, complete. This is the first PS1 Goemon game. It's a SNES-like one, with entirely 2d graphics. Oddly, Sasuke and Yae aren't playable, and an old guy and a burly guy are instead. What? Well, the change must have been unpopular, because neither character ever appeared in a Goemon game again, and after this Konami went back to Sasuke and Yae as players three and four. Other than that, this is another of the isometric-style Goemon games, with some platformer bits. I now have three of the four PS1 Goemon games, which is pretty cool! Only missing that creative misfire, Goemon New Age.

Turbografx-16 (PC Engine)
--
Zipang - $11, complete. This is a good Solomon's Key-style platformer licensed from Taito. The graphics are small but good, and the puzzle/platforming action's fun. The game has password save, too. Unfortunately the passwords are sequences of six kanjis, but that's better than nothing, as in the original Solomon's Key!

PC Engine Arcade Card Pro - $43, card only. This is the last major piece of PCE hardware I didn't have -- an Arcade Card! Now I finally have teh complete system... well, apart from a second 6-button controller. I'll get one eventually. But the Arcade Card was the main thing, and it's really fantastic to finally have. The Arcade Card is a CD system bios card released only in Japan in 1994 which you use instead of the regular or Super CD cards, and it has over 2MB of RAM on it for large amounts of animation. I have several of the Arcade Card fighting games, so I wanted this too. Of course the Pro version (for regular TG16/PCE systems like mine) is a bit harder to find and more expensive than the Duo version (for PCE Duo, Duo-R, and Duo-RX systems), but ah well. I got a decent price for this; they're expensive, which is why it took this long for me to get one. Oh, in addition to several fighting games, I also have two games which support, but don't require, the Arcade Card. I know that 3x3 Eyes has better animation with it, but I'm not sure about Brandish... I presume better cutscenes, but I'll have to see if I can tell the difference!

Dreamcast
--
Vermilion Desert - $5, complete. This is a turn-based strategy game with a somewhat anime/military theme. Not a game you hear mentioned much, but I like strategy games and thought it looked interesting, and this copy went for cheap, so I picked it up.
Dreamcast
--
Power Stone 2 - $6, disc in case (no manual). It was surprising to see this for so cheap, because the place I got it usually overcharges for games of any value, but I'm not complaining! The disc does have a little damage, but fortunately it doesn't seem to have hurt anything of importance -- I played and finished the game with no problem. Probably just in the audio section or something. This is a great game, of course, and I've been playing it again some; I had a burned copy from years ago, but hadn't actually played it all that much. This is a fun but simple game, and kind of feels more like a 3d beat 'em up than a fighting game, perhaps... and is definitely best in multiplayer, as usual with this kind of game.
PSP
--
7 Wonders - $3, complete. Match-three puzzle game.

DS
--
Labyrinth complete, $3. DS version of the classic marble-maze board game. Could be good or bad, we'll see! I like the genre, and I actually had Labyrinth as a kid.

Xbox
--
Alter Echo - complete, $3. Average beat 'em up with a cool visual style.
DS
--
Dropcast - complete, $5. Decent-looking puzzle game. They had some more cheap DS games I might get later, too.

Xbox 360
--
Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City - disc only, $0.50. Doubt I'll like this, but it was cheap.
Dead Rising - disc only, $1. Meh, I should try it...

PC Digital Download
--
Rage DLC Addon - $1.25. Rage and its DLC addon were on sale yesterday. I have the main game (it's quite good!), but not the DLC, so I picked it up.

Also I got a PS1 memory card for $3. Always need more of the stupid things, PS1/N64/DC memory cards...
Genesis
--
Tom & Jerry in: Frantic Antics - cart only, $3. Okay platformer; it's not good, but not as bad as I was fearing it would be, either. Looks decent, plays average.

Death Duel - $6, cart only. Somewhat unique robot combat game thing. It's weird, you play from first person and shoot at the other robot, sort of...

NES
--
Skate or Die - $3, cart only

Stinger - $7, cart only. Awesome find! Stinger is the only US-released Twinbee game, and it's a pretty good Konami shmup. I've wanted it, but had never seen a copy before in person... and here it shows up for a quite reasonable price. I got it for sure!

Game Boy
--
F-1 Race - $1, cart only. I have a copy of this already, but why not get another one for a dollar, for link cable multiplayer? This is my fifth or sixth GB game that I got a second copy of.

Playstation 2
--
Final Fantasy X - $3, disc and manual in blank case. I don't know if I actually want this, but I guess I should have it...
Nintendo DS - all games are complete.
--
Lego Battles - $7 - Not expecting it to be great, but I can't resist that classic castle and pirate stuff on the cover... and maybe it'll be okay?
Zoo Keeper - $4 - Bejeweled-style match-three puzzle game with nice art design.
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End - $3 - Okay-looking beat 'em up.
James Cameron's Avatar: The Game - $3 - Mediocre Zelda-ish game.
"I don't know if I actually want this, but I guess I should have it..."

Are you proud of this? Are you proud of that sentence you just said?

Well, I've owned X-2 for years. Doesn't it make sense to have the game it's a sequel to?

Also, I've been working on improving and fixing up my spreadsheet of all the games i own. Found a bunch of stuff that somehow was missing, and I also added whether I'd finished games, what I have for each game (box, manual, etc.), and prices (some of them; actually adding all the ones i know will take a long time, not going to do it all at once!). Most of the games missing there I did mention here, but there were a few Xbox 360 games, mostly but not all Games With Gold titles, that I forgot...

Xbox 360 Digital Download
--
Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara - $5.25 (on sale). I got this on January 22nd this year, but somehow forgot to mention it. It's a great collection, well worth getting! It includes both of Capcom's classic, and quite fun, D&D beat 'em ups.

Gotham City Impostors - Games with Gold (July 2014).
BattleBlock Theater - Games with Gold (July 2014). I've been playing the PC version of this, it's pretty good.
Dishonored - Games with Gold (August 2014). I have this one on disc; good game, though I should get it for PC.
... So while working on that collection spreadsheet of mine, I found that some Humble Bundles were entirely missing (the one below, the first Humble THQ Bundle, and the Humble Serious Sam Bundle)... and two I never seem to have even mentioned here, either!

PC DD - Humble Sid Meier Bundle - March 2014
--
Civilization III Complete - I got the original Civ III back when it came out in late '01 and was disappointed by it, so I never bought the expansion. This got me that, for cheap.
Civilization IV Complete - I already had this (not on Steam, it was from another DD store sale a few years ago), but accidentally activated this Steam copy too after getting the bundle, so.. uh, two copies now. Whoops. Stupid DD games, can't get rid of them...
Sid Meier's Ace Patrol and its expansion Pacific Skies - one of Sid's newest games, this one is a topdown, wargame-style WWI air combat game. Decent stuff. It's originally an iOS game, though, so it's not that complex.
Sid Meier's Railroads! - Haven't actually played this one yet... it's the modern update of Transporation Tycoon, pretty much. Sort of like A-Train, but MUCH less complex.

PC DD - Humble Serious Sam Bundle - When was this exactly? 2013, or early 2014, I'm sure... forget when. :S It's a quite comprehensive collection of the whole Serious Sam series.
--
Serious Sam 3: BFE Deluxe - The fourth game!
Serious Sam II - The third game, I guess... or third, if you count "second encounter" as a second half of the first one, or something.
Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter - See below, but for the second game.
Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter - HD remake for the first game (mostly for consoles, but it's on PC too obviously)
Serious Sam: The Random Encounter - RPG.
Serious Sam: The First Encounter - The original first game
Serious Sam: The Second Encounter - The original second game
Serious Sam: Kamikaze Attack! - Autorunner. Cellphone port.
Serious Sam: Double D - Run & gun side-scrolling action game.

Also, I can find no mention of it on TC despite it being from when I was making these threads (I wouldn't list it now if it was from before that), but... I do have this:

Gamecube
--
Serious Sam: Next Encounter - disc only. I think I got this in April 2012. It does work. Decent game. This is actually the first Serious Sam game I bought -- I remember playing the demo of the original Serious Sam for PC, but didn't buy it. Now I have the whole series on PC thanks to that Humble Bundle above, but this game is actually original, not a port, so it's worth having too. It's a simple game of course, as the whole series is, but decent. The two player splitscreen co-op feature is fun. :)

Serious Sam 3: BFE Deluxe - The fourth game!
Serious Sam II - The third game, I guess... or third, if you count "second encounter" as a second half of the first one, or something.

PC DD - Humble THQ Bundle - Ran Nov. 29-Dec. 12, 2012. I'm sure you all remember this one; it's been referenced here, but I don't seem to have ever actually listed the games. I should. I did get 'beat the average' to get all the games, though I've only actually played a few of them... :p
--
Darksiders (this was useless, I'd gotten Darksiders on Steam back in 2010, but the games were combined into one key here, so couldn't save it)
Red Faction: Armageddon & the Path to War DLC
Metro 2033 - FPS
Company of Heroes, Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts, and Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor - "RTS" with no base building
Saints Row: The Third - open-world
Titan Quest - Diablo-alike
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - Game of the Year Edition - decent RTS. Sadly the three or four expansions weren't included, and I haven't bought them.

PC DD
--
For other Humble Bundles, it was mentioned in a different thread, but in March 2013 I got the THQ Weekly Bundle, for Darksiders II and Red Faction: Guerrilla. It also includes Red Faction: Armageddon and Darksiders 1, but I have those already, so they're in my sizable list of unredeemed keys on my Humble account.

Also, I can find no mention of it on TC despite it being from when I was making these threads (I wouldn't list it now if it was from before that), but... I do have this:

PC DD - Obviously, as mentioned in its thread, I also got the 3D Realms Anthology yesterday. I got it for $20, before the price increased.

First, games I didn't have yet.

Word Rescue - Educational game. The shareware was fun as a kid, but this is mostly for kids... it's an easy platformer with word (or math, for the below one) problems in it.
Math Rescue - Same as above
Wacky Wheels - A great classic, I'm thrilled to finally be able to play the full version of this game! This game is a Super Mario Kart-style kart racer, and it might be better than SMK itself.
Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure - I loved the shareware of this game too. I'll definitely need to play the full game!
Crystal Caves - I remember this being okay, but not one of my favorite Apogee games.
Secret Agent - Sort of like an improved sequel to Crystal Caves, this one I quite liked the shareware of despite the small graphics. It's great to finally have the rest of the game!
Paganitzu - Top-down puzzle game, sort of like Lolo or something. I never did play this one much, even in shareware.
Hocus Pocus - Decent sidescroller where you play as this mage boy. I liked this as a kid, but I don't know how well it holds up.
Mystic Towers - Isometric action-adventure game where you play as an old guy killing monsters. I never liked isometric games like this as a kid, and they're still not my favorite thing...
Monster Bash - Okay sidescrolling action-platformer that I don't remember playing too much. You're a kid fighting monsters and the like, Halloween-ish stuff.

Next, I'll list games I do have copies of already. This is all just one download, so these are second copies; I bought this for the ones I don't have, mostly, but it's nice seeing most of Apogee's games all in one place. :)

Commander Keen 1-3: Invasion of the Vorticons - Got a registered floppy copy of this by mail order in the early '90s. It's one of my favorite game series ever!
Commander Keen 4-5: Goodbye, Galaxy - I've had a shareware floppy version of Keen 4 since the early '90s, but didn't get 5 (or the registered version of 4, though it's identical to the shareware) until I got the Keen 1-5 collection on Steam, which I did as one of the first things I bought on Steam back in the mid/late '00s.
Terminal Velocity - I first got this game in the PC Gamer Classic Game Collection 1 disc, on one of the PCG demo CDs in '00.
Raptor - This one I bought at retail (floppy disk game) somewhere around '99 or '00. Awesome game, one of my favorites!
Death Rally - I got this in a 4-pack of racing games I bought in ~1998-2000 or so, sometime. I'd played the shareware earlier and loved it, and I remember beating the game after buying it, so it obviously held up. I should try it again... I know it's got a remake now (available on Steam and such), but the original version is still great... though I should get the remake sometime.
Shadow Warrior - Got a jewelcase-only copy of the game several years ago. Never managed to beat the first level, this game is too hard...
Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition - I already have several copies of this one, including one from the PCG Classic Game Collection 1, and another when I got a jewelcase-only copy of the Atomic Edition (because the one from that other collection was just the base game).
Wolfenstein 3D - I have this from a PC Gamer disc from 2001.
Rise of the Triad: Dark War - I got a jewelcase-only copy of this used a few years ago.
Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold and Blake Stone: Planet Strike - I got both of these games for sale on GOG sometime within the last year or so.
Realms of Chaos - Same as above, I got this on GOG on sale, but I got this one a bit earlier I think.
Duke Nukem 1 - I got this on GOG or something as a part of a Duke Nukem collection. I'd first played Duke 1 shareware in the '90s, but didn't get it.
Duke Nukem 2 - This is another game I got as a part of the PC Gamer Classic Game Collection 1 disc. Pretty good game. Then I got a second copy from that collection on GOG. Now I have a third. And since they're all digital, there's no way to get rid of the extras. This is one reason why physical games are better!
Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project - 2.5d platform/action game. As with Dukes 1 and 2, I got this from that GOG collection.

Freeware games included (you can get these for free, but the anthology puts everything into the Anthology launcher, so I'll list them!)
--
Bio Menace, Stargunner, Pharaoh's Tomb, Monuments of Mars, Arctic Adventure, Alien Carnage, Major Stryker. Of these, Stargunner is an okay shmup. Major Stryker is a better shmup. Alien Carnage is a somewhat popular run & gun; I never cared for it too much, though. It was also known as Halloween Harry. I don't think I finished the shareware, back in the '90s. Bio Menace is a shooting-heavy sidescroller from Apogee which runs in the Keen engine. It's kind of like something in between Keen and Duke Nukem. Decent game, though it's no match for actual Keen games. The last three are Apogee's trilogy of CGA-graphics platformers. They're actually good games, though badly dated graphically today. Pharaoh's Tomb is probably my favorite of the three.
PC
--
Wasteland 2 - Finally got the physical box! It's been a long time coming. My thoughts on the box and contents: http://tcforums.com/forums/showthread.ph...post134655
I got another $3 PS1 memory card (yeah, I needed some) and the below games. They are all disc only, and were $1 each.

PS1
--
ESPN / ESPN 2 EXtreme Games - This is the first of the Xtreme series (sequels: 2Xtreme, 3Xtreme) that for me back in the '90s typified the PS1's audience of "cool" teenagers with their stakeboards and stuff. I hated the games then, still do now. The first is supposed to be the best of the three though, so I should try it.

Team Losi RC Racer - Looks okay.

PS2
--
Eyetoy Play - I should have it, I do have the camera.

PSP
--
Burnout Legends

Gamecube
--
Bionicle
Bionicle Heroes
American Chopper 2
All-Star Baseball 2004
Monster Jam: Maximum Destruction
Hot Wheels: World Race - One of the better Hot Wheels games.

Wii
--
Kawasaki Snowmobiles
Monster 4x4: World Circuit
The Island of Dr. Frankenstein
Bakugan: Battle Brawlers
Zhu Zhu Pets featuring the Wild Bunch

Xbox
--
Furious Karting

Xbox 360
--
Top Spin 3 (Tennis)
Xbox 360 Chrome Red controller - $20 (with battery box) - I've only had one analog 360 controller of my own since I got the system, but I finally got another one. 360 controllers are annoyingly expensive... This one is one of the Chrome series controllers, so it's got that transforming d-pad that makes it less awful. I do have that PDP controller with the digital stick, though, so I doubt that I'll use this much for d-pad games, but still, it's nice to have! It looks pretty cool, too. I like the shiny finish.

PC DD - Steam Halloween sale (ends in like 10 hours)
--
A Vampyre Story - $4 - This is an adventure game I've been interested in getting for a long time. Finally got it!

Super House of Dead Ninjas + DLC - $2 total - Decently fun platform-action game in a retro style. You go down a tower, killing baddies and collecting powerups. Simple game, but it seems to be some fun.
PSP
--
Platypus - $7, complete. Average-looking Western shmup.
Fat Princess: Fistful of Cake - $5, disc only. We'll see if I like this or not. I've wanted to try the series.
Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep - $5, disc only. Nice price for this! I'd like the DS Kingdom Hearts games too, but I've never seen them for anywhere near this cheap... and I think this got better reviews, too.

DS
--
Chameleon- $4, complete. Okay-looking puzzle game.

Xbox
--
Splashdown - $3, complete. I have the sequel (which was PS2-only), but not the first game... this is an okay jetski-racing game. Nothing great, but not awful either.
PC
--
King's Quest VIII: The Mask of Eternity - jewelcase only, $2 - Yes, this game. I played it a few times, but didn't get it for obvious reasons. Who knows though, maybe I'll find it decent, whenever I get around to playing it...

Civilization: Call to Power - jewelcase only, $2. Activision's knockoff Civilization game that Sid Meier didn't work on. I've never actually played it, or its sequel. I wonder, better or worse than Civ III... that game didn't exactly impress me back in '02.

Doom II - jewelcase only, $1. I have this digitally, but the disc art is cool and I like having physical games, and it was quite cheap and is a good game, so why not?

Halo 2 Vista - $3, complete (thick-DVD case). Halo 2 Vista is the PC port of Halo 2. It's a GFWL game, and has a GFWL check at boot so you can't play it anymore... or you couldn't, until a fan fix made the game work. Put these files in the install directory: http://www.mediafire.com/download/pzzr2b...vation.rar and presto, it works. And unlike Street Fighter IV (another GFWL game, and now thoroughly busted even though, shamefully, Capcom is still selling the worthless thing! And no, it wasn't fixed; buy USFIV also if you want a playable game.), you can even save. All that doesn't work anymore is the online play, but I don't care much about that. I was just playing this some. Performance isn't great, as impressions of the game suggest. Also, it's hard on Normal, didn't get far before I quit in frustration. Still, I guess it's nice to have it. Haven't played Halo 2 before.
Atari 2600
--
Mega Force - cart only, $1 - Solid, somewhat Defender-esque game

Sega CD
--
NBA Jam - $5, complete - Sure, I have a lot of versions of NBA Jam, but why not one more? I love the game! NBA Jam and Jam TE are certainly some of the best sports games ever. And anyway, I have a lot more versions of TE -- of the first game, I only have it for Genesis and Game Gear.

Playstation 1
--
Red Asphalt - $5, complete - Okay futuristic racing game from Interplay. In Europe this game actually had the Rock & Roll Racing name put on it, but not here. It's not that games' quality level though, and isn't by Blizzard... but still, a nice find! I love this genre of course.

Nintendo 64
--
Nuclear Strike 64 - $5, complete. The final "Strike" game with the name on it, Nuclear Strike is, from what I remember of the demo, pretty good. This game is a lot like Soviet Strike, but somewhat better. I've been hoping to find this version for a long time but had never seen it, so it's a great find! This is definitely the thing I'm happiest to find today. I actually like Soviet Strike (get the Saturn version, it's better than the PS1 original!), but this one is better.

Dreamcast
--
Quake III Arena - $3, complete - Solid version of this classic title. Will be even better whenever I get around to getting a DC Mouse (I do have the keyboard).

Nintendo DS
--
Prism: Light the Way - $3, complete - Interesting looking line-up-the-beams puzzle game.

Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation - $13, card only - For some reason DQVI is cheaper than DQV, and maybe you can get a better deal than this, but still, it's a good game, and a decent price for it. I did have some fun with what I played of DQs 3, 4, 8, and 9, so I am interested in the game; this is definitely not one of my favorite kinds of games, but they're amusing once in a while, I admit. Until I hit a grind-mountain moment and give up in annoyance, that is. :p
Mask of Eternity seems to be Sierra's attempt to emulate a Zelda style game. "Editorial Mandate" surrounded the whole project. There's a lot to dislike here, from the tone of the game being way too "dark" (including literal toilet humor) to the badly executed gameplay mechanics to the dumbing down and near-absence of puzzles.

There are a few things I can say in it's defense though. The music, particularly the title screen music, is very well done. Nice and bombastic adventurin' music on the title screen. The basic concept of the story, a stray villager needing to save all the lands from the curse of a broken mask, isn't a bad one. Heck, King's Quest 3 didn't connect to the royal family until the very end. With a tonal change to a more lighthearted fairy-tale vibe (maybe on balance something closer to Majora's Mask considering the dire situation) and a larger focus on puzzles and puzzle-like enemy combat, it could have been pretty good. Great if they really redid entire zones to be just a bit more populated and grounded in character interactions, cutting down the endless march through waves upon waves of skeletons or whatnot. As it stands, I wouldn't mind a complete remake akin to the fan remake of King's Quest 2.
I remember a lot of hate for KQVIII's manual camera, too... that stuff can be kind of annoying.
The camera, the actual movement and combat controls, yeah, it was all pretty awful.
These games are all disc only and were $1 each.

PS1
--
Need for Speed: High Stakes - The PC version of this is one of the best NfS games ever. I'm sure the PS1 version isn't nearly as good, but I am interested in trying it.

PSP
--
Sid Meier's Pirates! - This PSP version of Pirates! apparently actually has more features than the Xbox version, oddly enough. I got the original PC version shortly after it came out in '04, so I never cared about the Xbox release, but it might be nice to have a portable version, and it was pretty cool to hear that it's actually a quite good port, and might even have a few new things. Of course the graphics aren't as good, but hopefully it's good otherwise. The '00s Pirates! remake is a good game, but it does get repetitive after a while; this is why I didn't get anywhere near the end of the PC game, the minigames get old after playing it for some hours. Still, it's a good game for sure, and I should play it again.

Gamecube
--
Pac-Man Fever - Pac-Man tries to do Mario Party.
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory - The '05 Splinter Cell game. This is a series I've never really tried, but... why not? I do sometimes like stealth games. Two-disc game.

Wii
--
MLB Superstars - This is a minigame collection... with a baseball theme! It's supposed to be awful of course, but I like baseball, and Wii minigame collections are sometimes amusing even if they're bad, so... why not?

Xbox
--
Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow - The '04 game.
Splinter Cell: Double Agent - The '06 game, and the last one on the 6th gen platforms. Apparently the 360 Double Agent game is more of a third-person shooter, while this original Xbox one is more of a stealth game. Between those two choices, I'm definitely more interested in this one!
Tao Feng: Fist of the Lotus - 3d fighting game. Hopefully it's amusing. :)
Kabuki Warriors - Another 3d fighting game.
Fantastic 4 - beat 'em up.
Total Overdose - third-person shooter. This also came with a Tomb Raider Legend preview disc, that I presume came with the game.

Xbox 360
--
Dark Void - I have this for the PC, but it's crash-happy and runs poorly... and plus, while the on-foot parts are better with keyboard and mouse, you also spend quite a bit of time flying in this game, and that's better on console. But you can get the PC version to work with a gamepad, so I didn't get this just for that; the performance issues are a bigger problem. And I DO kind of like this game. It's flawed, but had some good ideas... most notably, the jetpack!
NFSHS and Red Asphalt for PS1 are actually both pretty great. The PS1 racing game below, though... is not.

Playstation
--
Excalibur 2555 A.D. - $4, complete - subpar Tomb Raider-ish game

VR Sports Powerboat Racing - $0.50, disc only - The PS1 version of Interplay's atrociously bad boat racing game. I think it's actually slightly less terrible on PS1 than PC, but that's saying little...

PS2
--
Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec - $0.50, disc only

PSP
--
Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars - $0.50, disc only - This might need a replacement case, but it's an okay game for cheap, so that's okay.

SNES
--
Plok - $8, cart only - Pretty nice European platformer. I'm happy to find it!

Wii
--
The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest - $7, complete - Decent hack and slash action-RPG starring Aragorn. Also has a two player mode where P2 controls Gandalf. Seems alright.

Goldeneye 007 - $6, complete - Finally got this remake of the classic. I do like the Wiimote for shooters, even if I have few of them for the platform...

Dreamcast
--
Omikron - free (in a B3G1, with three of the games above), would have been $4, disc in case (no manual) - I've heard this isn't the greatest port, but I'm interested enough to want to try the game for sure anyway.
Atari 2600
--
Dolphin - $1, cart only. Decent Activision sidescrolling game where you try to go through the 'gates' to stay ahead of the enemy. Yes, you play as a dolphin. Neat concept.
Skiing - $1, cart only. Another Activision game. Looks nice for the time.

SNES
--
RPM Racing: Radical Psycho Machines - $6, cart only. This was a very cool find! This game is one of Blizzard's first original titles, and is basically the formula which Rock n Roll Racing would improve on. So, the game is another RC Pro-Am knockoff, but not quite as good as Rock n Roll Racing is. Still an okay game though, and a great find for sure. I've wanted this game.

Nintendo DS
--
Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis - $12, complete. This is the first of the Lemmings-esque MvDK games. I absolutely loved the second DS MvDK game, so I'm quite happy to finally have the first one! I expect it to be very similar but maybe missing a few things, but still, it's a great formula which makes for very fun puzzle gameplay.
PC - Steam Fall Sale games - I got one of the daily deal games and some stuff that's so cheap it's unlikely to go even lower (and if it does, it didn't cost much anyway)
--
The Stanley Parable - $4.50, the cheapest the game's been so far. This is a daily deal; I've wanted the game, once it got cheaper. It finally did.
Hexcells Complete - $3.60, includes three games -- Hexcells, Hexcells Plus, and Hexcells Infinite. It's basically hex-based Minesweeper crossed with Picross. Yes, fantastic stuff! (I really love both Minesweeper and Picross...)
EDGE - 0.50 - Good-looking puzzle/platformer, a lot like Cube on the PSP. Maybe the people who made this were inspired by that game?
RUSH - $0.80 - By the people who did EDGE, except this one's more of a puzzle game, somewhat like ChuChuRocket but with cubes...
Toki Tori 2+ - $1.50 - The second Toki Tori game. The first one's great, I definitely want to play the sequel.
Went to a new Goodwill and Gamestop today. It was B2G1 at Gamestop on games under $20, so I got some stuff.

Gamecube
--
Need for Speed Underground 2 - $3, complete. For some reason the Goodwill had three copies of this game, so I got one! I thematically dislike these "tuner" NFS games, but gameplay-wise I have to admit they're good. Haven't played this one before.
True Crime: Streets of LA - $3, complete.

Saturn
--
Madden '97 - $2, complete.

Wii
--
Shaun White Skateboarding - free with B2G1 (would have been $2.70), complete
Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 - $6.20, no manual - this series (Clash of Ninja) is actually pretty good!
Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors - $4.50, complete - I've always wanted to play this game.
MySims Sky Heroes - $3.70, complete - Meh, decided this was cheap enough that I'd give it a try, even if it clearly is a kids' game I do like flight combat games when they're decent.

Also I got a Wii Balance Board loose for $5. It was cheap enough that I decided to pick it up. I have a few games that work with it, including several Shaun White games (inc. the one above, that's one reason I got it) and Go Vacation.

Xbox 360
--
Turok - free with B2G1, would have been $5, no manual - Decent-looking FPS. I actually quite like the old Acclaim games, but I don't know if this update will be as good...
Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge - $18, complete. I got this along with a couple of pricier games that I'll be giving as gifts, so those obviously won't be on this list. Anyway, I've wanted to get this game, and the B2G1 convinced me to pick it up.

Nintendo DS - all games are card only.
--
Mr. Driller: Drill Spirits - free, would have been $1.80.
Hotel Dusk - $2.70 - Quality adventure game!
Bomberman - $2.70
Aliens: Infestation - $3.60. I've heard good things about this one.
PC DD (Steam sale)
--
Rogue Legacy - $3. 2d platformer/roguelike. Fairly popular game.
More stuff from Gamestop, albeit a different one, at the end of their B2G1 sale.

Nintendo DS (both card only)
--
Speed Racer - $2.70
Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands - free, would have been $1.80 - Decently good-looking 2.5d platformer.

Wii - all games complete
--
Jimmie Johnson's Everything with an Engine - $2.70 - okay-looking kart racing game.
Namco Museum Megamix - free, would have been $10 - Includes 6 remake titles, including a Wii port of the quite good DS game Pac n Roll, and 18 classic Namco titles. Namco is really annoying for never releasing a comprehensive Namco Museum collection, but this is worth it for the remake titles particularly. Megamix has 1 new remake (Grobda Remix) and 9 more classic titles than the first Wii version, Namco Museum Remix.
The Garfield Show - $3.60 - I expect this to be bad, but hopefully it's amusingly bad. It works with the Balance Board and Motion Plus, too, interestingly.
Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Lightsaber Duels - free, would be $2.70

Xbox 360

Viking: Battle for Asgard - $4.50, complete - This game is sort of the followup to the GC/PS2/Xbox game Spartan, from the same developer. It's a decent hack & slash action game.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 - $16, complete - I have wanted to continue the series, and B2G1 reduces the price (as for the upcoming PC version... doubt it'd run well on this PC...)
Remember Me - $11.70 (no manual, but did it have one?) - Another game I've quite wanted to play. Decent price here, and again, I doubt the PC version would run as well. A new gaming PC would be great, but expensive, can't do that right now. And anyway, this is a gamepad kind of game.
PC DD - final day of the Steam Thanksgiving sale.

Gauntlet - $10 (half off). Yeah, if I wait longer it'll go down more I am sure, but I want to play this game! It released earlier this year, and I am of course a huge Gauntlet fan. This game looks somewhat generic, but still, I'm sure it's fun.

Shadowrun Returns Deluxe - $2.50. The game has an expansion out that is apparently better than the base game, but I haven't played this yet, so I'll wait on that and just get this for now. Hopefully it's good.

What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord? 2 - $5, complete. I've played the demo of this, it's good stuff. Kind of a dungeon-building strategy game, but sidescrolling.

Nintendo DS - card only, $10 for all 3 games.
--
Sonic Rush - I've wanted to play the DS Sonic games, but not for Gamestop prices. Finally found this game for an affordable price!
Spectrobes
MechAssault: Phantom War - I got these two in order to get 3. I do like the console games in both of these franchises. Not so sure about the DS versions, but we'll see. (They're both slightly cheaper at Gamestop, but Sonic Rush being so much less more than makes up for that!)

The remaining three games below were 3 for $20, so about $7 each including tax.

Xbox 360

Sonic the Hedgehog [2006] - game and case, no manual. Yes, THAT game. I had to play it, of course, but didn't want to pay Gamestop's ridiculous price. This was a bit less ridiculous (Gamestop still wants $20 for this game alone! Yeah, right.).

Cursed Mountain: Limited Edition - complete. Survival horror game which some people like and others don't. Who knows if I'll like it or not, but I've heard enough about it to want to try it, and it's cool that this is the LEd version -- it's got a steelbook case and a double-sided bonus disc with a making-of DVD video on one side and a CD audio soundtrack on the other. (CD on one side, DVD on the other? Never heard of that before...). Nice.

Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity - complete. Yes, I got three Sonic games... filling in some I've wanted, but didn't want to overpay for. I actually quite liked the first Sonic Riders, so I've been wanting to play this one. Hopefully it's as good as the first game is.
Sega CD 32X

Night Trap - complete, $6. I'm not happy to get this game from a gameplay standpoint -- with how much I hate Double Switch, which plays just like this game, I'm sure I'll dislike it -- but in a collecting standpoint, I'm thrilled to finally own a copy of this infamous classic! It's one of the most controversial games of the early '90s, which is interesting, and also this is one of only six 32X CD games (five US-released)... and now I have four of those games, so I've now got 80% of the US 32X CD library! Wow! :D

I also got yet another N64 controller pak (yet another Performance brand one, for easy battery switching!) for $5.

Pandemonium 2 - $2.40 - The second of these okay 2.5d platformers. I think the second one might be less unfair than the far-too-hard first game; that would be nice. I'm sure the graphics will be better on PC than the PS1 version of the game (I don'[t have that, but I do have Pandemonium 1 for PS1).

Gobliiins Trilogy - $2.40 - Collection of Sierra's three Goblins games: Gobliiins, Gobliins, and Goblins 3. They are basically puzzle/adventure games. I've always wanted to try them, but hadn't before now... nice to have these, finally!

Also this isn't "bought" games, but I put a few of the free games that I hadn't noticed onto my GOG account as well, so I now have Warsow (FPS), Dragonsphere (fantasy adventure game), and Teen Agent (adventure game). Dragonsphere particularly looks interesting.
Cartridge games are cart only.

SNES
--
Scooby-Doo Mystery - $5 - I've heard this is okay, but I'm still more interested in the harder-to-find Genesis game of the same name... that one's a graphic adventure game (this is a platformer).

Genesis
--
Beauty & the Beast: Roar of the Beast - $5 - mostly getting this one because I got the other game and each one is basically half of the story.

Atari 2600
--
Secret Quest - $5 - Pretty interesting late (1989!) 2600 game made by Nolan Bushnell. It's an action-adventure game, somewhat in between Adventure (2600) and a Zelda game. Seems pretty interesting, I'm quite happy to get this!

Space Cavern - $4 - I've heard this game is good. It's another shooter, but hopefully is a fun one.

Playstation 1
--
Rush Hour - $4, complete. Topdown-style racing game from Psygnosis. Looks like a lot of fun.
PC DD - Steam Sale
--
Rise of Nations: Extended Edition - $5 - Finally, I own one of the better RTS games of the '00s! I got this games' sequel in 2007, but never actually did get the original one, so I'm happy to finally have it. I will definitely play this game. Not too much interesting in this Steam sale so far, but this is! (On sale today) Oh, this is a new re-release of the original game, with the expansion pack (Thrones & Patriots) included and a few new features, including Steamworks online multiplayer.

Dungeons & Dragons: Daggerdale - On sale a few days ago for $5 - Average-looking hack and slash action-RPG. I like the genre, so who knows, I might like it despite its flaws.

These three were $1 disc only games.

Gamecube
--
Spiderman 2 - Based on the movie. This game was somewhat popular, and has a large open world to swing around in. I've never cared too much about it in concept, but I guess I should try either it or one of its sequels... not expecting too much, but hopefully it's worth a dollar.

Xbox 360
--
Halo 4 (two disc game) - Yes, a copy of Halo 4 was in the dollar loose discs section. Huh. Picked it up. (Both discs for $1)

Playstation (1)
--
VMX Racing - Motorcycle racing game.
PC DD - Steam sale
--
Shadow Warrior (2014) - $4, daily deal. Fun-looking FPS from the developers of Hard Reset.
Super Killer Hornet: Resurrection - $0.50 - Indie shmup. Could be fun, and it's super cheap!
PC DD - Steam sale - The first one was a few days ago; the latter two were on sale today or yesterday.
--
Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 - $5. I quite liked RA2 back in 2000, but didn't stick with the series. I have the expansion pack to this game from a bundle, though, so I should get the main game too... and I've heard that RA3 is decent, so it's probably worth playing.

FTL Advanced Edition - $2.50 - Not sure if I'll like this or not, but it's gotten so much attention, and I do like many strategy games, so hopefully I like it!

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons - $1.50 - Fairly highly acclaimed 2.5d platformer.

NES
--
Jurassic Park - $7, cart only - Decent top-down shooter with some exploration elements. It's not a great game, but it's good, and is way better than your average NES licensed game!

Atari 2600
--
Keystone Kapers - $4, cartridge and manual (no box) - good-looking and decently-well-playing (for the time) sidescrolling catch-up-to-the-criminal game. As usual on Atari it's a quite simple game, you mostly just run along and dodge stuff, but it can be fun, for a little while anyway. Nice to have the manual too.

Oink - free (with above two purchases), would have been $1 - Sort of like reverse Breakout. You're one of the little pigs, trying to defend your house from the attacking Big Bad Wolf.
PC DD - Steam sale
--
Tomb Raider: GOTY Edition - $6 - Lowest price yet for this. I have some interest in Tomb Raider 2013, so why not...
I am cautiously optimistic about the revival of the King's Quest series. It was a major part of my youth when we had our Tandy desktop, and then our old Packard Bell 386.
