The Salem Walmart has all the characteristics of a privately owned slum..

Consider this..
  1. In a slum you find crack heads and drug addicts around every corner. At the Salem Walmart you find crack heads and drug addicts around every corner.

I think the worst part of Salem is all the wiccans. That, and how Salem thinks they're the Halloween capital of America, when in fact it has been and always will be Sleepy Hollow.
