I'm sure it'll be thrown out on the face of it. The robber has the right, but of course if this becomes a common pattern of abusing the legal system, he can have the right to sue for this removed, surgically.

But what you're forgetting is Darunia WANTS this guy to win, so he can complain about how terribly unfair our legal system is.

I'll add that such a citizen's arrest could have gone badly. There's a small jump from citizen's arrest to vigilante justice. I don't think they made that jump in this case, but it's worth considering.

You're right, but this case is not that, I think.
I wish maybe more often you'd see I'm injecting life in Tendo City by posting interesting and controversial topics for discussion into Ramble City. It seems too often that whenever I post something, regardless of my stance, (even when I don't issue a stance, as in this post,) you all respond by automatically issuing me a stance opposite to your own, and engaging me upon it.
