There are still people that live "out there" ya know. There's actually still plenty OF "out there" you never see due to every place you go being ON A ROAD. Most of the time, these types tend not to socialize much. It's not like they're updating Twitter feeds about the last raccoon they ate.

We appear to be talking about two different subjects. The man in the video:
-Lives 150 miles north of the Artic Circle
-Is located In the ANWAR reserve
-Makes his living trapping rabbits, moose, elk
-Catches his own caribou for meat, fur
-Has no neighbors, at all.
-In the video, a GIGANTIC bear comes into his property; they shoot/decapitate/skin it.
-If he gets sick, only evac is by Army helicopter.
This isn't a rube in the backwoods; this guy's REALLY out there.
