Best guess, G4 made it and didn't want it up on YouTube. So they made them take it down. Simple.

Well, it was posting copyrighted material without the permission of G4, so yes, it was breaking some copyright.

It's not like it's likely that people would be able to see it any other way though... is G4 owned by one of the media interests complaining about Youtube or something?
