Darunia is not a Forsaken, because Darkfriends are sorta religious, insofar as anyone in the series is, besides the Whitecloaks of course. Darunia's more like a High Lord of Tear: Stuffy and imperious to the point of comic absurdity, and always willing to fight wars regardless of any meaning or reason.
