Hahaha, that is so awesome! :D
That's hilarious! It's like some crazy .hack stuff goin' down!

Actually, THIS is the sort of amazing world wide sort of epic quest I was really wanting from the MMORPG genre. Some lucky group of adventurers should be able to rid the world of the plague, or everyone works together in some way. That's what it's all supposed to be about anyway... in my mind...
Blizzard needs to make a special item that will immediately dispel the plague on any target when it's magic power is cast and the item is in some super hard dungeon.
You know what's funny? The message boards for the game are actually talking about this in the sense that they want MORE stuff like this, only fully developed on purpose!

Basically, they want REAL world wide events that are what people playing these games have ALWAYS wanted.

Here's a video of exactly what is going on.

And now, time for random quotes!

BRING OUT YOUR DEAD!

CAKE OR DEATH!
You're covered in plague juice!
I bet your lymph nodes are as big as CATS!
This is the best thing to happen in an MMO since Rainz killed Lord British. :D
Lord British? I haven't heard of that guy since I played Ultima Exodus on my NES. So, what happen?
1996 (97? Yeah, might have been '97... I remember reading about this in a PC gaming magazine.) I believe, the early days of MMORPGs... back before Richard Gariott left Origin... he had his character, Lord British, in Ultima Online. I don't remember if this was from when UO was in beta or soon after release... bah... there was some good article I read about it a while back. Anyway, Lord British was invincible. However, Rainz, through some hack, managed to kill Lord British in front of a bunch of people... it was a huge incident. He got banned of course, but became quite well known for the feat.
Rainz? Was that just a normal player who managed to achieve the status of "legend" or something?
I didn't explain it well enough?
Well you didn't really explain who Rainz was, and when you just state that person's name without any sort of explanation, I get the impression the guy is important enough that I was actually somehow supposed to know who he was. I am pretty sure he was a player in the game, but beyond that, was he famous for other reasons? Did the guy cause all sorts of "trouble in that bubble" before this incident?
I don't remember if he caused other trouble, and he was a player. Thinking about it, I believe it was when the game was late in beta, and he was a tester.

... yup.
