I wonder if she didn't show up in court because she was paid hush money under the table? Regardless, i'll try to find some of "The Third Eye" story
It should be noted however that the Matrix sequels are without a doubt very, very different from the first film even in it's art style, direction, through line, writing style etc only the base key elements remained the same. A move like that is very strange, all you have to do is look at any successful sequels or trilogies to find a cohesive bond between the films that stays a constant throughout. But in the Matrix they litteraly reinvent the films after the first one. And what was argued was that they changed it completely so that it no longer resembled Third Eye.
