I hope it's shown!

I do...
But it doesn't EXIST!

...

Well, at the very least, there is the question, how much actual coding have they done, or are they still in the very long process of game design?
I should have known better, but you really suck OB1.
I know. :evilha:

:(

I just want to see the damn game at E3.

And DJ, I'm pretty sure the game exists.

Reggie: We're going to answer that question at E3. You know, we at Nintendo are probably waffling back and forth on what's the best thing to do. Legend of Zelda is going to be on GameCube. We're going to launch that this holiday. And there's more to come on what happens with Mario 128.

Quote:Mario 128's status is a bit more questionable, and although mentioned by Miyamoto in the interview, we're still not sure if the game's a go on the GameCube. Says Miyamoto with a laugh, "We're currently in development with Mario 128, which people throughout the world have been wondering about." The state of the game is in question, though, as Miyamoto continues with: "We're now at the state of conducting various experiments with Mario, so until a release has been set, we cannot make [the game] public." The term "Mario 128," by the way, is just a tentative name based on the game's theme.

Well you have to assume that they have SOMETHING, otherwise they wouldn't talk about it all the time.
Game design IS something, the BIGGEST something. It's just not the part we can actually play or even see.

And I was joking about the game existing...
...
I don't know if we'll see it... that is, if it exists. I'm sure they're working on some Mario game, but that one? Who knows... and anyway, from what we've heard it seems quite early. Nintendo often likes to wait... until they're on shelves...

It doesn't get much clearly than that really.
I've posted this info like a hundred times before yet ABF still says retarded things like that. I bet that after E3 is over and Mario 128 is shown in some form, ABF will still say that it's unknown at this point whether the game exists or not.
I said I'm sure they're making some GC/Revolution Mario game...
Quote:I don't know if we'll see it... that is, if it exists. I'm sure they're working on some Mario game, but that one?

"it" and "that one" referring to Mario 128.
We'll see what Mario stuff they have to show once E3 starts.
Heh...that was kind of funny. Did you see the difference between how OB1 reacted to the same comment made by DJ and ABF? Sure shows a lot about who OB1 likes to argue with :D

Oh, I definitely noticed this... but I can't respond to him EVERY time he attacks me or I'd do almost nothing else here.

Ob1 reads my posts with the intention of looking at them, finding whatever miniscule flaw he can (even if it's just "your opinions are stupid"), and yelling at me about it until he gets bored. Oh, he tries to deny it, but the facts (like, say, this post...) prove that that is indeed what occurs. The only question is if it's still by choice or if by now it's just gotten to be instinct for him...
ABF posted after DJ made that post and I already quoted Reggie and Miyamoto. So I posted the same exact quotes again, but this time I bolded and blew up the most relevant text. It was not about who I like to argue about eith more. If it had happened the other way around I would not have acted differently. I posted in this very thread two separate quotes that confirm the existence of Mario 128, and then ABF went and made that retarded comment!
You said nothing really new since our last discussion on Mario 128, OB1. I am well aware of Nintendo's comments... but really, without any facts they mean nothing.
Yet you still said that it's unknown if the game exists or not.

Yet you still said that it's unknown if the game exists or not.
Quote:but really, without any facts they mean nothing.

Why the heck would Reggie AND Shiggy constantly say that it exists if they knew that it was a BLATANT LIE? THAT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE IN ANY UNIVERSE NO MATTER HOW CRAZY!!!
ABF... does not understand this "sense" thing.
It certainly seems that way.
Quote:Yet you still said that it's unknown if the game exists or not.

Has there ever been better proof of the fact that you overreact? Seriously, such a reaction is ridiculous... so I'm not sure if a game that we know absolutely nothing about exists. Once a game has been in development for several years, with nothing to show for it, people start to wonder...
Why would Shiggy and Reggie both say it exists and we'll see more about it soon if it didn't exist?
Sweet mother of Zeus in a handbasket, what an idiot!
Uncle Jonathan's corn-cob pipe!
Great Odin's raven!
How about "stop caring"?
Erm
Erm

But this is Nintendo. They don't like people to know about their games. Some developer might steal the new gimmick in Mario 128. I hear it's roller skates.
Quote:I hear it's roller skates.

No, they're already doing that in the Hello Kitty game.
Hellz yeah!
You know it!
Quote:Why would Shiggy and Reggie both say it exists and we'll see more about it soon if it didn't exist?

Either to keep attention on Nintendo and off its competitors (like with Nintendo's years of hype for the N64DD), or because Nintendo doesn't like to admit defeat, ever. Both are good hypothesises.

Definitely true, and that's the third (and perhaps most likely) scenario.

So Shiggy and Reggie will feed us BLATANT LIES because they think if they don't say that Mario 128 is going to be revealed soon people will forget about Nintendo and/or because saying that it doesn't exist will be an admission of defeat? Erm
That doesn't make any damn sense!
Nintendo does that kind of thing sometimes.
No, they don't.
They've never done anything like that before!

Quote:like with Nintendo's years of hype for the N64DD

They actually released it though!!
Quote:They actually released it though!!

That's the point...
Erm
NOA hyped it a lot less than NCL, that is true, but they did hype it, and certainly past the point when logically they knew we weren't getting it.
What does this have to do with....

never mind, I won't even bother!
