You know that guestbook you found? That was just part of Dark Jaguar's website. On it he said he removed personal information about himself because someone told him it wasn't safe. I found an older version of the site that had that personal information. The page I found was from 1998.
DJ edited that page you found to make it look like his name is Karen. He's having fun at your expense. DJ's a guy, accept it.

How did you find that website? I know I searched forever trying to find something and all I came up with was that one page with the guest log.

DJ shouldn't have done that, I think. I know, the whole thing about "but I have a puzzle with a trail ending somewhere etc etc"... but it's been a year or two and no one has gotten beyond the first step! It didn't work, DJ. Your puzzle was far too complex for the people here to even begin to figure out...

Paranoia, not wanting people to actually be able to ever figure out the truth, or he really wanted people to try to figure out his impossible puzzle (if in two years no one has figured out that there even IS a puzzle (and once they figure out there is one they cannot get beyond the recognition "okay, perhaps there is a puzzle, but we have no further information"), it's impossible. :)). One of those three things.
Well it had DJ's name and age on it. With that kind of information I could steal his identity and charge thousands of dollars to credit cards in his name! I mean, it's his NAME and AGE!
Oh right, I forgot that... yeah, he definitely should have hidden it... identity theft is a major problem these days, after all... :)
And everyone knows that all you need is a name and birthdate, right?
I think it would take more than your first and last name and your age to steal your identity, notwithstanding that the odds that someone would dig up that old information and then use it in some maliscious manner is approximately -2%.
So consider it a personality quirk of DJ's, not something logically based? That works... :)

I'm fighting nothing. If anyone has any real evidence that proves that DJ is a guy, by all means present it! I really don't care that much. But right now, that website you found so long ago is more convincing than just Smoke's word, especially since he and ABF said that they were trying to "trick" me or whatever.
So yeah.
What I meant is it's unlikely that they'll tell you what DJ's name is. Actually, Smoke might say, he's already said more than ABF would tell me in over 30 minutes on MSN. Something about not telling me anything because I'd tell you or some such.
So why should I believe them?

No. It's web.archive.org. It was definitely an exact copy of the site as it was in 1998. So as I said, the only way for it to be faked was if DJ had been trying to trick people about his gender since before TC even existed... and I think that's doubtful. :)
But hey, disbelieve if you want. You'd just be almost certainly wrong.
