Hmm, I'd say Nintendo is ... not keeping up ... to say the least. Well, except for those GBA hardware sales, wow... but the home console side of things is not going well. And despite those sales only the two Pokemon GBA games made the top 25. Maybe that's a side effect of them all being cheaper than average new major console titles?

I guess Nintendo is going to have to take off those "Best Seller" stickers from Paper Mario 2. :(

Damn, you people (most gamers) are morons! You're buying more copies of Mortal Kombat than PM2!!

Given the hardware bases, I'm sure a much larger number of Cube owners got PM2...

And they could leave on "best seller" if they use a lenient definition of "best seller"... like, hmm... best selling Cube game? :)

On the other hand, DS preorders are fantastic in Japan anyway, and they probably won't have enough systems on hand... 2 million pre-orders already and 1 million units that are going to be available before the end of this year...

I did my duty and got a copy of PM2 which, apparently, is more than most people can say. It's sad really.
