It'd be kind of hard to believe that you've NEVER seen last month's issue in stores... given that last month's issue has the current month's name on it...
I never see two months' issues on the shelf at the same time.

I bet if you looked you'd see it some places. Given that that's the entire reason that they label the issues a month early, I very highly doubt that it just happens here... :)
